You can easily turn on our PC from another PC within a network. I use a software named PCnet Magic Packet Utility to turn on my PC from a remote machine. It can only be done if the network cards & motherboards are Wake on LAN (WOL) complaint. You can easily check whether your motherboard is WOL compatible or not. I’m a music lover. I play music in my PC all day long. But unfortunately my PC’s configuration is not so good. And I use Windows Media Player. It was creating some annoyance to me because of the lower configuration of my PC. I was looking for a player which is light & supports most of the formats both audio & video. Then I found KMPlayer. It usages a low CPU resource & memory. My operating system is Microsofts windows XP Professional and the KMPlayer is great. It also supports a great set of shortcut key. Yesterday I get informed by a friend that Sun Microsystems is going to Acquire MySQL. I searched in Internet and see that Sun Microsystems has has announced that it will buy MySQL AB, developers of the most popular open source database.
